Just a few kilometres from Brive, our Premium gîtes are the perfect accommodation for business reunions, family get-togethers or get-togethers with friends!
They offer the same surface area as the Confort gîtes, but with an extra bedroom for even greater comfort.
The 2-bedroom gîtes
The gîte village has 19 2-bedroom gîtes, located in the lower part of the estate. With a surface area of 32 m², they can accommodate 5 to 6 people. Some of our gîtes offer breathtaking views of the lake. So why not put down your suitcases in one of these functional, warm and accessible accommodations?
The facilities will delight young and old alike: a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with two single bunk beds, and a single sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed.

The Premium gîtes have a wide range of facilities to guarantee you optimum comfort:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 190 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm)
- 1 bathroom with bath and separate WC
- 1 lounge/kitchenette with 1 single sofa bed (90 x 190 cm)
- 1 outside terrace with garden furniture and parasol
- Kitchen equipment: 2-burner electric hob, 1 fridge-freezer (150L + 47L), 1 coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 36 cm TV.
We also offer equipment and services that are not supplied but are available at extra cost:
- Hire of bed linen for 1 or 2 people: unit price €12/stay
- Towel hire: Unit price of €3/stay
- Baby kit: Unit price €28/stay
- Plancha hire: €14/stay
- End-of-stay cleaning: €79/stay

Of the 19 gîtes, 10 are located in the lower part of the village. Are you coming with several families or groups of friends? Contact us to reserve a private part of the gîte village and book side-by-side gîtes.
Did you know that there'san 80 m² reception room at the top of the gîte village? Ideal for a cousin's day out, a retirement party or even... a wedding, our room can seat up to 50 people ("theatre" configuration)!
