Reception is the starting point of your stay. From booking by phone to the end of your holiday, via the physical reception, it must be irreproachable and believe us, the reception team at Camping du Lac du Causse works hard at it!

A dedicated team

From January to December, Laurent, Pierre-Henri and Wilma work every year to improve the welcome, services, entertainment and any other services available to you.

Asthe gîte village is open all year round, the team is available and contactable from January to December. In the summer, a seasonal worker joins the team to ensure that everything runs smoothly at the counter and that every customer receives the best possible service.

Reception duties

  • Receive and process your requests for information or bookings;
  • Providing aphysical welcome on the day of your arrival, handing over the keys to your accommodation and presentation documents;
  • Tourist advice and information;
  • Receipt of your purchases from the shop and tokens for the washing machine and tumble dryer;
  • Inventoryof fixtures on the day of your departure and return of your deposit cheque.
