At Camping et gîtes du Lac du Causse, we attach great importance to the quality of our services and do our utmost to respect the charters to which we adhere. Feedback from our customers helps us to continually improve the experiences we offer you.
The French government is behind this label for tourism service providers, which brings together more than 5,000 recognised establishments in France.
The Lac du Causse campsite and gîtes have been awarded the Qualité Tourisme label, which means they meet a number of criteria designed to ensure a high quality of service for our customers. These include a warm welcome, the availability of staff, the level of information provided and the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. Every 3 years, an auditor comes to confirm our Qualité Tourisme recognition. Our last audit took place in 2021.
A few days ago, we received "Fishing Accommodation" recognition. This includes a number of conditions that the Camping du Lac du Causse meets: proximity to a fishing spot, premises available (with fridge, water point, aquarium, etc.), provision of fishing cards and storage of live bait , etc.

The first international sustainable tourism label for tourist accommodation and restaurants in France, the Green Key label has been awarded to the campsite for 2023. The result of a number of actions carried out over the last few weeks, this recognition rewards the entire team at the campsite for working together to achieve common objectives that respect the environment!
